Rupa Kotecha is a highly experienced Emergency Room nurse with over 25 years of clinical practice, including 14 years serving as a Charge Nurse in a high-acuity ER setting. Throughout her career, she has led multidisciplinary teams, managed complex and life-threatening cases, and played a critical role in rapid decision-making during emergencies.

In addition to her extensive ER leadership, she brings a diverse clinical background that includes experience in flight nursing and legal nurse consulting, giving her a well-rounded perspective on patient care, critical transport, and the intersection of healthcare and legal systems.
